OKIE DOKIE! well like the title says things are going good in my life...
I got to and back from a-kon OK couldn't walk more than 2 steps without people wanting a picture of my lucario costume XDDD I will post some pics soon....
and while I was there I was in 2 pokemon photoshoots!!! one was with the eevee-lutions (I felt very out of place XDDD) then with a more random group of poke people I was one of 3 acual pokemon an arcanine a mew and me the lucario (I felt like I fit in better with this one)
and while seeing all those pokemon fur suites it kind of made me feel inadiquit... however you spell that.... but I felt like.... I wasn't good enough... they had costumes that they could easily move around in, their paws and feet were cooler, their heads eyes looked more like the real thing (well.... as real as a pokemon can get after all), and their jaws on the costume could open and close!! that was something I wanted to try on the lucario costume but I got worried that I'd mess up and chickened out....when I got home I had a mix of emotions running through me... awe, self disapointment, inspiration, and I was WAY more humble.... but that also got me all fired up! and I decided I would start a new costume for 2 reasons.... 1 so I could experament and figure out how to get the jaw to move which would be another MAJOR improvment to future costumes... and if I ever get comissions for costume it would mean I could give the option of a fixed non moving jaw wich would be cheaper or to pay more for the jaw to move.... and then 2 so I could prove to people entering the local cosplay contest that you can make a good costume in a month.... anyway the costume I am making is the little white dragon chibi from dragon drive ^^ just google it if you don't know what dragon drive is.... anyway thats all from my costume news...
oh! and another thing that happend at a-kon is..... ^//^ my boyfriend david got me a promise ring!!! YAYAYAYYAYAY!!!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!
